Odd Solution To Population Control Issue In Brittain

Jonathan Swift once postulated that to solve the overwhelming babyboom that Ireland should "Eat the children" and even provided ways to serve them up rather succulently.
It was not meant literally, but the supposition was not entirely without worth and merit.
Politically, he had his reasons and his points to make, facetious as he may have been.
Population control has always been a huge issue, especially in today's society.
We are experiencing issues with it within our own country as we speak.
We argue about our borders.
We argue over who should and shouldn't be allowed to adopt.
We instill all of these rules and regulation to make foster parenting safer for our unwanted children.
But the truth is, do these things really work?
Are children truly safe and do these regulations look out for their well being & safety?
Brittain had their own solution once, long ago. It backfired on them.
Was their heart in the right place?
Maybe, but look what happened.
Check out this article and really think about what we are doing in today's society to combat these same issues.
We mean well, but what are we doing to our children?
Should we seriously rethink our decisions and the way we handle things in this day and age?
