The Party In My Potty

Posted by Vulnadia on Jul 22, 2009 at 01:18 PM I just had a Party in my potty moment. Yep, I spent another 45 minutes in that tiny bathroom with my tiny trio. Yep, you read that one right, all three of them were in there with me, so essentially it was standing room only and really we needed to suck it in and hold our breath to fit and still stay sane. Can you imagine spending that much time in that small of a room with that many folks in there? Let me clue you in to the antics of my kids. Kai always feels compelled to open and shut both of the bathroom doors, in succession. I usually end up having to lock at least one of them, but today, I found it necessary and sanity saving to lock BOTH of the doors. Oh yes, talk about having that claustrophic feeling...yep I feel a song coming on...only wishing I could lose that claustrophobic feeling, but I just can't shake it! So, since I am waiting for the subcontracted cable fixing folk to show up, I had both of my phones with me while we played musical potty chairs. Yep, ladies and gent's this means I have managed to once again document the moment. In the pictures you will notice that Kian is sitting on what they call the "Big Potty" and Vivienne is in the back corner occupying what is known as the "Back-up Potty" and Kai is busy happily helping and doing EVERYTHING all at once. In fact, Kaiden is that blur that you will see here and there in blue. Also note that Kian felt that he would be in there long enough to warrant having to bring snacks. He managed to sneak in his Icee and a small contraband bag of his big brother's chips, snagged when his brother was in too big of a hurry to finish lunch before film camp.
