BOOTS!

Posted by Vulnadia on Jul 09, 2010 at 11:11 PM A friend brought us this lovely pair of rather large brown pirate boots last Saturday... They are haunt-bound (costume closet) BUT Kian adeptly intercepted them almost immediately. I know, I know, they are adult sized...but they are also real PIRATE BOOTS and Kian being the pirate king has decided they shall adorn his stinky pirate feet! This means that Kian gets up every morning and puts himself into these rawther large boots. You see, they are bucket boots, but to Kian, well they come right on up to his underwear line...in fact if he wore boxers i'm sure he would tuck em in like breeches... Today, he decided to wear them out to the pharmacy to pick up the meds... This meant I had to hold his hand going down the porch stairs...then help him scuffle to the car somehow...he can't pick his feet up because he will fall...he falls wearing normal shoes...heck he falls wearing no shoes at all actually...but this is by far scarier! In order to get him into the mommievan, I had to pick him up while holding the boots up garter-style...all at the same time-not an easy feat! No pun intended...or maybe I did who knows!
