The Furthur Adventures Of The Potato Head Family

Posted by Vulnadia on Nov 19, 2008 at 03:30 PM Our Mr. & Mrs. Potato Heads have been being used and abused quite heavily for about a week now. In fact, Kaiden has quite figured out that Vivienne is easily mortified to have to watch her Princess Potato Head be morphed ruthlessly into a boy and a Pirate Potato Head at that! I have found this to be the source of many tears and much wailing as of late at my house, with Kaiden laughing gleefully in delight over his sister's distress. Then, today, they discovered that the Potato Head family is round, and ball- like, and if tossed hard enough and long enough, can bounce exactly like a ball. Potato Head bowling is very very loud, especially when played in one's kitchen during lunch-time! I'm not sure what the allure is with all the eyes and heads and ears and noses and such, but my kids ADORE their Potato Head People. And my kids love their parts that go to their Potato Head Folk even more. In fact, just this morning, I was given a smile...literally! It was placed at my spot at the dining room table in an effort to make peace for some minor Kai infraction of the rules. So, you see, Potato Heads and their parts have multi-uses and can make even adults smile sometimes!
