In Need of Teen Groundrules!

Today, we went back to high school, or rather Bregon went for his first school mixer.
It was neat, because one of my friends from high school (we actually met in driver's ed the summer before she started at my school-the year St. Vincent's closed) has a daughter the same age and class as Bregon and she went with him today.
Yep, school hasn't even started yet and I already need Mommie advice!
You see, we knew the kids got along the very few times that we did things together...
And I really didn't expect them to be close immediate friends after today, either.
But, that being said, things have changed. VASTLY changed! I'm really happy about it, I think!
Only the problem is, she is a SHE...a little girl...rather a 14 year old girl...
And, she will be hanging out with Bregon from now on. Yep, she asked if it would be okay if she came over and hung out.
Of course I don't mind at all. After all, how hard are good friends to find and keep?
I can't say no, especially after Bregon losing his best friend so recently, but I do have questions.
Or rather, I have issues. I need groundrules! Houserules or something that I can establish and go by to make sure that everyone has fun and gets along, but not TOO much fun and not TOO much getting along...
Catch my drift? I am now officially the Mother of a Teenager who just so happens to appear to be on the verge of having a good friend that is a girl...
So, what do I do? How do I keep it safe yet fun and still maintain my "Cool Mom" title?
Does anyone have an Teen rule advice in this area for me?
