Need A Daybed/Info!!!

Posted by Vulnadia on Feb 22, 2010 at 09:48 AM It's that time for us! Time to get big-kid beds for our nursery. So, what I need, is a day bed for Vivienne and mattresses for the boys. I've tried craigslist, but really there is nothing all that affordable listed at the moment/available. So, where is the best place to find an inexpensive daybed? This bed is just temporary until she is old enough to have my grandmother's antique Queen/King sleigh-bed. I am looking for something that will withstand my trio o terror (trust me see the television story if you don't quite understand what I mean by that!) Yet I need something inexpensive and affordable. Is there a way to buy a complete daybed set? I don't really need a trundle just yet, just the basic bed with a mattress set-up. Everything online is either cryptic as to exactly what you get or sold in pieces down to the frame for holding the mattress in place. Does anyone know the best plan of attack for me to go about doing this? I am trying to do big-kid beds for our 4th birthday which is next month!!! Any info or advice is welcome! I would also need info on the best place to buy one new if I cannot locate one that is used! ~mimi
